近年来,二维层状材料由于其丰富的材料体系和独特的物理化学性质而受到人们的广泛关注.后摩尔时代要求器件高度集成化,大面积、高质量的二维材料可以保证器件中结构和电子性能的连续性.要实现二维材料工业级别的规模化生产,样品的可控制备是其前提.化学气相沉积是满足上述要求的一种强有力的方法,已广泛应用于二维材料及其复合结构的生长制备.但是要实现多种二维材料大尺寸以至晶圆级的批量制备仍然是很困难的,因此,需要进一步建立对各种二维材料生长控制的系统认识.本文基于材料生长机理分析了化学气相沉积反应中的物质运输、成核、产物生长过程对二维材料尺寸的影响,以及如何通过调控这些过程实现二维材料大面积薄膜的可控制备.通过对目前研究成果的总结分析,讨论了如何进一步实现二维材料的高质量大面积制备. 相似文献

Fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer-coated CdSe/ZnS quantum dots were prepared in an efficient one-step synthesis. Their application as fluorescent nanoparticles for the direct quantification of cholesterol in milk was characterized. The quantum dots were used as cores to produce fluorescence. The molecularly imprinted polymer shells provided specific binding sites for cholesterol. The system exhibited good linearity for cholesterol from 0.5 to 150?µg?mL?1, a low detection limit of 0.15?µg?mL?1, and acceptable reproducibility with a relative standard deviation of 4.2% for six replicates. The molecularly imprinted polymer-coated quantum dots were used to determine cholesterol in fortified milk. Recoveries were from 87.0 to 105.2% and a possible mechanism is proposed. The fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer-coated quantum dots exhibited excellent selectivity and provide a simple, rapid, selective, and effective analytical approach. 相似文献

The development of small-molecule G-quadruplex DNA probes has attracted significant attention in recent years. However, G-quadruplexes can display a wide variety of topologies, which process different structures and functions. Therefore, selective discrimination one G-quadruplex structure over another is promising. Herein, we reported the design, synthesis and biological evaluation of a long-chain fatty amine functionalized triphenylamine-quinolinium conjugate 1b. Significant enhancement of the fluorescence intensity (over 180 fold) was observed when 1b bound with HRAS G-quadruplex DNA, while much weaker enhancements were presented in the presence of other G-quadruplexes (45–90-fold) and single/double-stranded DNAs (less than 20-fold), indicating 1b had an excellent selectivity to HRAS. The details of the interactions were investigated by UV–Vis, FID and CD analysis. The results show 1b could interact and stabilize HRAS structure mainly by π-π stacking binding mode. The introduced amine chain of the structure core was found to be better in the terms of inducing selectivity toward G-quadruplex structure. Based on the requirement for the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of the salt lake resources magnesium chloride and potassium chloride, a new technology to produce KCl and ammonium carnallite (NH4Cl·MgCl2·6H2O) by using NH4Cl as salting-out agent to separate carnallite is proposed. The solubilities of quaternary system KCl–MgCl2–NH4Cl–H2O were measured by the isothermal method at t = 60.00 °C and the corresponding phase diagram was plotted and analyzed. The analysis of this phase diagram shows that there are seven saturation points and eight regions of crystallization. These eight regions of crystallization represent salts corresponding to KCl, NH4Cl, MgCl2·6H2O, (K1?n (NH4) n )Cl, ((NH4) n K1?n )Cl, (K1?n (NH4) n )Cl·MgCl2·6H2O, KCl·MgCl2·6H2O and NH4Cl·MgCl2·6H2O. According to the phase diagram analysis and calculations, ammonium carnallite (NH4Cl·MgCl2·6H2O) and KCl can be obtained using carnallite as raw materials and ammonium chloride as salting-out agent at t = 60.00 °C. The new technology shows the advantages of being easy to operate and having low energy consumption. The research on this quaternary phase diagram is the foundation for reasonable development of carnallite resources and comprehensive utilization of the salt lake brines. 相似文献

以DNA杂交双链为联接, 构建纳米金颗粒Core-satellites结构并激发等离子体耦合增强效应,利用Hg2+可与DNA中胸腺嘧啶T形成T-Hg2+-T特异性结构,研制了用于检测水中Hg2+的局域等离子体共振(LSPR)光纤传感器.待测溶液中的Hg2+能够引起富含T的DNA单链折叠,抑制DNA杂交反应,降低等离子体耦合强度,改变LSPR谐振波长.通过检测谐振波长红移变化,实现对Hg2+浓度的定量检测.本方法检测Hg2+的线性范围为5~150 nmol/L, 检出限为3.4 nmol/L (3σ). Zn2+、Mg2+、Pb2+等重金属离子对Hg2+检测无明显干扰作用.实际水样中Hg2+加样回收率为94.2%~105.4%,相对标准偏差<4.8%. 相似文献

采用机械球磨法成功制备Ag_3PO_4/MoS_2纳米片复合催化剂。运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)和荧光发射光谱(PL)对复合催化剂的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,Ag_3PO_4纳米粒子均匀地附着在MoS_2纳米片层结构上,两者形成紧密结合。以亚甲基蓝为模拟污染物,研究复合催化剂在可见光照射下的光催化特性;通过循环实验考察复合催化剂的稳定性。结果显示,含有1%的MoS_2纳米片与Ag_3PO_4形成的复合催化剂在30 min内对亚甲基蓝的降解率为95%,其降解动力学常数是纯相Ag_3PO_4的2倍。经过5次循环实验后复合催化剂对于亚甲基蓝的降解率为84%,而纯Ag_3PO_4对于亚甲基蓝的降解率仅为35%。Ag_3PO_4/MoS_2纳米片复合催化剂具有优良的光催化活性和高稳定性,主要归因于二硫化钼纳米片与磷酸银形成异质结,磷酸银激发的电子和二硫化钼纳米片产生的空穴直接复合,从而促使光生电子从磷酸银晶体表面快速分离,减轻了磷酸银的光电子腐蚀,同时也提高了复合物的光催化活性。 相似文献
